The most common complaint we hear from clients moving to us from elsewhere is the upsell at the chair — "while we're at it, why don't we…" We don't do that. Every consultation has space to say no and walk out. The follow-up appointment is the right moment to add anything, not the first visit. The work we do quietly is the work that lasts.
All consultations are obligation-free and 18+ only. All filler is hyaluronic-acid based, reversible if needed. Prescription-only medicines are prescribed and administered by an independent qualified prescriber after a face-to-face consultation. Common aesthetic questions.
Do I need a consultation before booking?
Yes. We don't take aesthetic treatment bookings without a consultation first — they're free, around 20 minutes, and cover medical history, suitability, expected outcomes, and your space to back out. No pressure to book after.
How long does lip filler last?
Hyaluronic-acid lip filler typically lasts six to twelve months depending on brand used, volume, and your metabolism. Most clients top up every nine months. Reversible with hyaluronidase if needed — never a permanent commitment.
How long does anti-wrinkle last?
Three to four months for most clients. Settles in over two weeks after treatment — full effect visible at the two-week review. Most clients book around three times a year.
Is microneedling painful?
A topical anaesthetic is applied for thirty minutes before treatment. Most clients describe the sensation as a mild scratch. The skin is pink for about 24 hours afterwards, with full recovery within a few days.
Will it look obvious?
We err conservative on volume and movement. The aim is "you look well-rested" rather than "you've had something done". Building gradually across multiple appointments is almost always the right call for first-time clients.
Can I drink alcohol / exercise after?
No alcohol or strenuous exercise for 24 hours after filler or anti-wrinkle. No swimming, saunas or sunbeds for 48 hours. We send aftercare instructions in writing.
